Venango Township Supervisors to Consider Amending Solar Ordinance

Notice is hereby given that the Venango Township Board of Supervisors, Erie County, Pennsylvania, at its regular meeting on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the adoption of an Ordinance Amending Township Ordinance No. 2023-01 Solar Energy System, providing changes to restrictions and permit requirements.

This meeting will be conducted in-person at the Venango Township Municipal Building, 9141 Townhall Road, Erie, Pennsylvania. Any interested parties may attend.

A copy of the complete text of the proposed amended ordinance is available at the Venango Township Municipal Building, located at 9414 Townhall Road, Wattsburg, PA, Telephone: 814.739.2688 and may be examined by appointment only from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM and 12:00PM (excepting holidays). All interested persons and parties are invited to attend the meeting and offer any public comment prior to the Board of Supervisors taking any official action on the adoption of the proposed ordinance.
