Birch Creek Development Renews Attack on Venango Township with Another Application for Conditional Use

February 6, 2024 by Paul Crowe

The new application from Birch Creek Development for a conditional use permit is now available for your examination. The application is very similar to the first one.

You would think a solar developer would try to build a solar farm where there is more sunshine and where the citizens and local government officials had not already denied their previous application, that is, if they were interested in sunshine and producing electricity instead of chasing government tax incentives.

Why solar developers never understand

It is difficult to get a man to understand
something, when his salary depends upon
his not understanding it.

~ Upton Sinclair

It’s not ON-demand, it’s NO-demand

Solar energy is 'no-demand' electricity.
If the sun isn't shining
and you demand electricity,
the answer is no.

Unfortunately

The less you know about grid scale solar
The more you'll like it
